Vehicle was returned to me with dings on both doors which I don't recall previously being there. Vehicle was also dirty. Had to immediately take it to the carwash. Why wouldn't they wash my car after repairing it? Had to pay $500 deductible and pay for a car wash too! Very disappointed!

I looked at this and where the new paint meets the old it is all bubble all the way acrossed it was not brought to a feathered smooth edge it's just all bubble acrossed it

I was VERY pleased at how quickly ford fixed my vehicle! I didn't have to wait very long and the service from employers was great. My adjuster was very friendly and gave me all the info I needed.
