I am extremely happy with the service provided by everyone at Jim Burke Collision. Liz was the person that helped me the most and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience, and even followed up after I picked up my car to make sure everything went well. Hopefully I don't have to return to have work done on my car due to a collision, but if necessary, I would choose Jim Burke all over again.

Liz was great. She was pleasant and showed that she cared about me as a customer. I also thought that Joe from Enterprise demonstrated excellent customer service. My car came back to me clean and as far as I can tell, beautifully done. My only complaint was regarding the front desk person. I think her name was Pam. She ignored me when I walked into the office. Liz had to come from the back to help me. And she seemed to have a bad attitude towards me throughout this process. This is my first experience with a collision shop and I am unfamiliar with the process. She acted as if speaking to me was a problem.

I'm extremely happy with the service I got from the moment I pulled up onto the lot until the minute I drove off with my newly repaired car. Liz welcomed me and truly made me feel like I was valued and that Jim Burke Ford really did want to do an excellent job for me and make sure that I would be happy when I picked up my car. The process was so very easy, she contacted the rental car company for me & I was on my way. I really appreciated the text updates on the status of my car, and my car was done sooner than I had anticipated. When I picked it up it looked absolutely beautiful, just like it had looked when I drove it off the lot the first time. Thank you for everything
