Great body work and went above and beyond in matching parts

I was giving a date when I first drop it off, when the day came (thursday) to pick it up I had to call to see if it was ready. Then I was told it wasn't done so the date was changed again to Saturday. Saturday arrive and again I had to call and my date was change to tuesday then it was changed to Thursday. I finally picked up the vehicle on Thursday. I receive it dirtier than it was and the excuse I was given was that bakersfield was a dusty place.the car was dirty in the first place so I'm not to bother by it as much. I think what bother me the most was that it felt like I ryeally didn't matter as a costumer I also was bother because of all the inconvenience this repair cost me. With work and the extra 93 that I had to pay for the insurance. I will not return as a costumer or give any references.

The entire process, from drop-off to pick-up, went seamlessly. The repair looks fantastic and every person with whom I interacted treated me in a professional, courteous manner.

The treatment I received today was truly exceptional! From being able to make my appointment so quickly, the greeting I received when I arrived and the timely manner in which my car was repaired was amazing. The experience I had today defines what customer service should be. Thank you!!!

Service is a form of giving you graciously gave your time and effort in the perfection of my ability to provide for myself ( my car) it meant the world to me I'm praying that comes back to your team double.
