The main thing is I would like to acknowledge Katie. From day one she was in contact answering questions and keeping me posted on my vehicles progress. Katie really went above and beyond to provide a great experience for me. She even went as far as offering to pick me up and take me to get a rental on her day off!! Besides Katie, I was actually very surprised when I received my car back. It look better than before I had the accident!! I was skeptical of having my repairs done here and not at BMW but when I got my car back you guys serious surpassed expectations. I was very disappointed with one of the managers. I did not get his name. He was very rude and sarcastic. I was also upset because I was told before I brought my car in that they would cover the rental. They did but the same manager gave my husband a hard time. The other manager was very nice and so was the other staff but just that one person was very rude.

After taking my truck home and looking at the repair further, we noticed prance peel as well as chips in the brand new paint job. I will be calling and taking my truck back into be fixed the right way. This is frustrating because I work 25 miles away from home and now will have to figure out a way to get back and forth to work at my own expense so that my brand new truck can have the brand new lift gate fixed again
