The OEM part that was put on my vehicle was scratched and although I appreciate the technician who worked on my vehicle pointing it out, it was done AFTER the part was put on my vehicle and I was given the choice of sending it back and ordering a new one. At that point, it was not worth the hassle. I would have liked to have the part inspected upon arrival and having the scratches identified on the part prior to my arrival. In addition, after the car was cleaned and after I had asked both the estimator and the technicians about any further damage and they all said no, there are clearly visible scratches in the door.

When a delay occurred I was not informed of the needed extra day until I happen to call in to check the status of my car. On Friday, again, I was not informed of my car's repair expected completion time until I called in. An email arrived at 10:30PM informing me my car was ready.
