My truck was in your shop to have the front bumper repaired. I gave the shop one of the tow hooks that fell off when the bumper was damaged. I was later informed that the tow hooks had to be replaced because the trim which need to be replaced was included as a kit with the tow hooks. After the repairs were completed I asked for the original tow hooks to be returned and was told that they had been discarded and that I should have told the shop I wanted to have them returned. I was not told up front that they would be discarded but when I asked for them to be returned I was told that I should have asked for them before the job was done.
