When enterprise let me down your people picked up the phone and contacted hertz for me and got what I needed. That was the start of my experience with Abra and it stayed that good till the end. When I needed to get my SUV that night they jumped right on it just as the last part was delivered to meet my needs again. My SUV was cleaned inside and out which I did not expect. Great job everyone!!!

You were awesome last time and the work still looks beautiful almost 3 years later so I went with you again and I'm glad we did. They not only were extremely pleasant and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we not only were returned nothing less than perfection to also helping us find information on our current situation and another repair we need to get done to ensure we get the best end all product/all info needed.Obviously, this helps us make the most informed decision and I never have felt rushed,pushed, or "sold" to. Mycar looks wonderful how ever I think there may be a rattle in one of my speakers with the radio

My wife's folder with all her coupons was not in the car when the work was completed. The license plate holder for the front license was in the trunk when the car was delivered to ABRA but the holder could not be located when the work was completed.

All the employees I talked with were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My car looked brand new after the repairs & detailing were completed. I was also very pleased with the Abra's business connection with Enterprise Car Rental. It really made the whole experience very easy for me. I would highly recommend Abra to anyone needing work done. Abra's employees are awesome! Thank you very much!
