Steve, at ABRA located at 41 Kendalll Point Dr. in Oswego, Illinois was very courteous, knowledgeable, listened, wrote down concern and overall professional. I took my vehicle in to be repaired from a 4,300.00 front end damage. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning picking it up that same week on Friday at ****:30 PM. My car looks as new as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor ****/12 years ago. My car shows no damage and the paint job is blended perfectly. During the process while they were working on my car every day I wiould get a text message giving me updates on my vehicle.... what a great touch! Needless to say, I would highly recommend ABRA to anyone who has any damage on their vehicle and I looking for a company that cares about their work and their customers.This group is truly professional, knowledgeable and have a non-pressured style and demeanor. Thanks ABRA!

Everyone was very polite. The repair was done in a timely manor and the car was even completely detailed when I got it back. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and though I hope I won't need to,.. I would give them my business again if the need arose.
