I appreciate how quickly my car was completed in! It was just over a week and almost every other autobody shop said they would be 2-3 weeks. And so I really appreciated how swiftly and nicely my car was handeled!

Only improvement I would suggest is more updates. I had to call 3 days after dropping the car off to see what the status was. Otherwise everything went smoothly, everyone was very nice and the car looks fantastic!! Thank you!

There’s a larger gap on **** side of my lift gate from the other that wasn’t there before the accident. Maybe this moved from the impact of the collision, but would like to know if this was inspected.

The notification texts were a nice and comforting part of this would-be difficult process. It would be even cooler if they could include pictures. Other than that, I was extremely happy with the turnaround time. I expected it to take 2-3 weeks, due to what everybody else was telling me. My adjuster told me ****-2 weeks, which I thought hard to believe, but lo and behold my car looks fantastic and all it took was 7 short days!! Thanks Abra!

While the client facing team at Abra did a good job, the team doing the services let them down. I got the car back (still some work pending and will have to get it done from Land Rover, Naperville) in almost a months time and 3rd confirmation to come pick it up. 1st time I went to pick it up after being told the work was completed. It was a dent on the driver side door that was fixed. The services team did a good job with the denting and painting but poor job in putting the door back together i.e. the glue used to put things back was both on the inner and outer side of the door, the inner bazel was out with minor cracks on the trim, side mirror controls not working. It was a simple check missed before returning the car to the customer. In my opinion even a smallest of shops would do it for starters. The team took my feedback and I was called in the next time to pick it up. Second time I went to pick it up, the glue was cleaned up, the mirror controls were working but window glass programming off. The bezel was still out with a visible gap between from where the window glass starts and bezel with controls on it and the trim with cracks still there. When I expressed my concerns I was told they are not sure of the bezel goes all the way in or of it was not this way when I brought in the car. I told the to look at the passenger side door and see how the bezel fits. The answer I got was that they have done all they could and as a last option can take the car to Land Rover showroom and if they said nothing can be done then that is it. I had serious concerns if they did any Range Rover in the past, which they said they had but I will never go back to them in the future if I end up with some work again. Finally I was asked to come and pick it up again. Magically they had fixed the bezel and replaced the trim without taking it to Land Rover. Window glass programming was pending but i was offered to fix an appointment with Land Rover and Abra to take care of the expenses. Thank you to the client facing team for their patience. And while I had to wait for all the work needs to be completed, Abra took care of the additional days on the car rental. I would suggest the team to refuse taking any car if their team is not trained enough on a particular brand.
