Great and timely service. However, the texting service should include more tangible information regarding the current status instead of just stating the vehicle is in good hands or doing good. The first text stating repairs have begun and the last text stating it was complete, was the only information I thought was helpful and relevant.

The turn around time was within 4 business days, that was great! But the work on the vehicle was not up to standards. I noticed that the bumper did not align with the body of the car. I took it back the following day and the technician informed me that it was the best that could be done. For the amount of money that was paid and the minor damage to the vehicle should not have affected the vehicle that much. Honestly I wish I would have not spent or taken the car in and just replaced the tail light. It would have costed me 200 instead of the 500 deductible plus the amount that the insurance covered.
