Diana was very accommodating got me in earlier than my scheduled appt. had everyone ready for my arrival. The 2 gentlemen who reviewed the damage were polite and answered all my questions. Enterprise was wonderful, waiting with a rental. Work was completed earlier than promised and I was kept up to date with everything being done. Drop off easy. Office staff explained the work that was done and the warranty. Car looks like it did when I first bought it. I will certainly recommend to others and be back if needed. Thank you.

Great Customer service! My vehicle needed a new bumper and it was great to have my insurance representative on site. I was also able to get a insurance check issued to me instantaneously. However I elected for this body shop to do the work so they arranged for me to have a rental car as well and the rental car also was delivered to me. I didn’t have to go anywhere I didn’t really have to lift a finger at all. I made quick arrangements for an appointment to have the repair made. And the communications and updates after I left kept me informed on my phone with texts, It’s a one stop shop! It’s nice to have the work turned around in such a short period of time. They are fair, they communicated clearly through the whole process, they executed flawlessly. And they had a great Energy and attitude despite dealing with me on some of the coldest subzero days. Thank you so much for all your hard work !

The communication was great throughout the process. Once the car was ready for pickup, I paid my deductible and was handed the paperwork. I would have preferred someone going over everything with me.

A lot of communication with the text system and phone calls. I could tell customer service is valued. Quick turn around less than **** week. Easy access to the rental car (couldn’t have been easier) and the enterprise person was very nice. Work looks great, love the warranty offered. When I picked up car they made sure it was clean and detailed which was appreciated!

Periodic updates via text messages kept me apprised of the Stu’s of repairs. Staff was very friendly.
