Everyone at the Carol Stream shop were great to work with. The paint work is exceptional! The text message updates however, were not really up to date. I was receiving texts that my car was almost done when I had already picked it up. The text messaging is more of a nuisance than helpful in my opinion.

I have never been SO satisfied with a car service, let alone any service! Everyone at Abra carol stream went above and beyond anything I could have imagined! So polite and friendly. Kept me updated through the whole process. Even offered to drop my car off at my house or have an employee pick me up if I couldn't find a ride. I worked mostly with Mike and he was awesome! Abra is the ONLY place I will go to for car repairs and I have told EVERyONe too! I could not be happier with the service they provided me!
