Service team was polite and thorough. Chris made sure I understood all they would be doing, and Tiffany made extra copies for me of the paperwork. And--the car was done three days earlier than anticipated!! That actually made things tricky, as I planned to be out of town with my rental vehicle based on the estimated date of completion, but you guys were able to work it out so I could return it when I got back without insurance penalties.
