I was very disappointed with the way the receptionist handled our claim. She is extremely disorganized and very lax about getting simply answers to questions she should be familiar with. When I talked with the manager he lied and was extremely insensitive toward my husband and i's concerns. So much so that he even told me "my only concern is getting your car repaired in a timely manner " I will probably file a complaint with the BBB as well as tell my entire family, friends and coworkers.
