My car wasn't available for pickup until six days after it was promised, during which time communication ceased for five days and the 'damage waver' I agreed to with the car rental facility increased. Not a pleasurable experience for someone's first accident, yet realizing it could've been worse.

It took 4 days to fix the bumper on my car. We were not informed that it would take that long. I had to keep asking people for rides, and taking the bus from work all the way in Joliet. I did not get home until 7 pm. Had I known that it would be 4 days, I would definitely have asked for a rental. Stressful week. stressful experience.

Yes i am very satisfied with how they made their customer feel stress free. They were very courteous and friendly. They informed me , left messages and updated me daily on what was being done with my car. The employee who escorted me to my car and showed me what they fixed was very nice. He was also the one who checked the damage of the car the first day i brought it in. As a whole they did not only do a good job on my car but they also were excellent in customer relation. Because of this experience, I'm planning to change my auto insurance to Farmers insurance.

The service from the first call to the picking up of my car today was exceptional due to the professionalism of Karen . She was able to take all the stress out of what could be a stressful situation.
