It took a week longer then what they said and the check engine light was still on

I love your car painting job which was great.

It was horrible. Disorganized. Had 2 vehicles there. Picked up one and they didn't tell us parts were on back order. Went out and vehicle not repaired. Have to now bring it back for another day and wait for it. 2nd car went in and when we picked up they couldn't find paperwork then refused to release car because they couldn't find insurance check. Had to call insurance to get car. Car had a flat and we had to ask them to place air in it so we could get it home. Hard time with that. Then once we got it home it had small white paint dots on one side. We had to hand wash to get them all off. Still need to bring truck back. If you can handle column dont do insurance work. Would never recommend to anyone.

She was my go to girl when I had to call the office. It’s nice to deal with pleasant, happy people when dealing with the hassle of a damaged vehicle. The entire staff did a great job.

My car was return with damages twice.

We noticed a spot that was not painted during the repair. Unfortunately we picked up at the car at the close of business day on Friday. Our car was backed in close to another vehicle so we did not inspect repair in daylight until today. This is very disappointing. Alyson and Duane Beck

The repairs on my car were not all done and issues with my car that were not present when I dropped the car off or anytime before.
