Everything was awesome! Completed on time-- and in half the time the other shops needed. Final cost was lower than estimated and lower than our other estimates. The results are great and it was such a surprise to find the inside completely detailed--wow! The service was prompt, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I've recommended them to all my friends and they'll be my first choice from now on!

Very polite staff. I called auto craft first since I’m friends with the owners. The person on the phone was rude and abrupt. We’ve been to A Street in the past and have always been very happy with the work. But the first point of contact is very important. John answered the phone when I called, and that made the decision of who I used to fix my car. Every call after that from Cassandra (?? Sorry I may have just made that name up) but at any rate, she was also wonderful with her customer service. In the future I will always come to Fix. Thank you!

Fix it did a great job on the Kia..like it never happened,the lady that rear-ended me.. factory parts without asking!above an beyond.cleaned an vacuumed the inside.
