I was beyond satisfied with my experience at Fix Auto. Not only were they promot, kept me in the loop with everything but they even went above and beyond to detail the inside of my car. The staff was very nice and even fed the fish so my son could see. Thank you so much for the great service!

It may sound as if i am exaggerating, but dealing with Guy at your Fix Auto location in Springfield was not only one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had dealing with an auto-body shop; but one of the best I've had in a customer service setting in general. He helped make an already frustrating situation simple, straightforward, and dare i say enjoyable, and for that i am absurdly appreciative. In the unfortunate scenario i am in need of collision repair again, i would not hesitate to return, and i plan on imploring anyone i know to do the same. --Kevin S

Circumstances have had us in the shop 3 times now. F.A was recommended to is by Sun Automotive (Coburg Rd) the first time we had a need. The total experience and professionalism we experienced was so professional and positive from all staff, that we didn't hesitate to return the next two times we had a need.
