Fix Auto Springfield

Everyone at Fix went above and beyond my expectations! My auto was hit and had rear end damage that I thought was Only going to be somewhat fixed... It is completely brand new! I was not only impressed with that but, picking up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. It really put a smile on my face! Thank you all involved at Fix Auto. Even those I did not come in direct contact with. This is one happy customer!!

Guy Gibson and the staff at Fix Auto are top notch and some of the most professional individuals/businesses I've ever done business with. I've been bringing my vehicles to formally "A Street Automotive", now Fix Auto for 16 years now. My mother has been taking her vehicle there for 20 years and then referred me there in 2000. I had a current claim with my insurance company and could've choose any repair shop along with having my vehicle fixed a few weeks earlier but due to my loyalty to the staff at Fix Auto, I decided to wait those few extra weeks because I know they go above and beyond any other auto shop with their professionalism and to make sure the work is done right. That is why I refer other family and friends to them. You will not find a more professional and friendlier staff than the individuals that work at Fix Auto Springfield. Have to live with repairs for a while to know for sure, but got great service and support from Guy and his staff. They kept us informed every step of the part search and worked well with the insurance adjuster. Car came home sooner than I expected. Looks great
