You will never be able to make me satisfied. You have lost a customer for life. The only reason you were permitted to do this repair is because I thought it was part of the work you did 10 months ago on my car. You guys put me and my family on the road in an unsafe car. You lied to me last year when I brought my car to you to have the front end fixed. After those repairs were done, I brought that car back 3 times telling you that some thing did not feel right as it was still not driving straight and was making some noises. Each time my car was taken back and brought back out to me and told there was nothing else wrong w it. You put me and my family in danger. What could've happened if we were driving that car on the freeway going 65 when that front broke?? How would you feel if that was your family in that car? And to top it off you charge me $700 to fix it!! Shame on you guys! I will never do business with you and I will never recommend you to another person again. You want to make this right? Refund what you charged us to fix the car. That is the only way you will make it right!

I'm going on my third time having to take the truck back. Keep finding issues that weren't repaired or were repaired poorly. Now I have still found a dent in the "a" pillar from the accident. The AC wasn't charged after the repairs that I brought the truck back for the second time. . Alignment was done but truck pulls to the right still. (Not done by first choice tho) The frame horn brackets were put on backwards and upside down even tho they are stamped left and right Really seems like the quality and quality control could use some help. The paint work looks great tho. Some of the best I have ever had done on repairs.
Eric that I have been dealing with is great to talk to and really appreciate his customer relations and so has Todd. Also very easy to talk to appreciates issues I have brought up.
