Super impressed with the fact that they fit me in to get my car ready for a long trip. Robert was very kind and helpful and the receptionist was very helpful and kind as well. I have one issue I'm concerned about though... my car is brand new and there were absolutely no stains or marks upon drop off and I noticed when I got home that there was a large discolored mark in the second row Middle floorboard. They had washed my car and wiped the interior down which I appreciate but something was definitely spilled I will call in tomorrow to discuss that with someone. Thanks again!

It just took a long time to finally get the car done. The date kept getting pushed back. I understand that it was no ones fault things just weren't working out but it kept me from being 100% happy. I would expect my car and then I wouldn't get it. The repair looks great though.

Took them 3 days before they even looked at the pickup....and now that we have it back....we noticed the paint ran by the tail light assembly. Want it fixed but cant be without vehicle for another week or two
