Taking my bmw there was a great choice. They where extremely friendly and the job was done extremely well. My bmw was fixed right away. I would most 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed. If I need my bmw fixed again. I'll bring them to fix auto.

Great communication and service , from phone calls to email updates. I knew exactly what was happening with the repairs and when the car would be completed. They even took the extra ste to ensure the inside and outside was detailed and made to look brand new again. Very satisfied and glad I went with Fixx auto rather than the company I was going to go with. You exceeded my expectations for service and quality .

The office team members were pleasant and the paperwork
to get the body work done on my Honda Fit was done quickly
by Carlos. I believe it was him that called Hertz to get an employee
to pick me up at Fix Auto and drive me to the car rental location.
My wait time was only 15-20 minutes. Before long I was driving
the car rental and thinking how "smooth" the process was. I
especially liked that because the car accident was bot my fault.
At pick-up time, the office service was again great and the body-work
on my car looked great too! I'd say a big "A" goes out to the Fix Auto team
in San Clemente, CA!

The entire experience was great! BREA was a delight!!! She was thorough, professional, communicated regularly with us, and overall was a 5 star in my book.
