Fix Auto San Clemente

This is my second time getting a car fixed here and both times the staff and mechanics have been expectional to turn around things. Can't say enough for their excellent service and good work. And turn around in less than one week. I highly would recommend to anybody.

Great service, and quality work!

The repair work was good but the communication were a problem. When I dropped off the car Carlo said it would take 3-4 days. Then I dot an email saying it would take 5 days. The scope of work changed slightly when the vehicle was torn down and i spoke to Carlos. He thought it would still be done in 3-4 days. I received an email saying it would be done Monday (7 days). Yesterday I called to get a status report. I left a message with receptionist for Carlos. No call back was received. This morning I received an email saying the car would be finished on Monday (7 days). I went by the shop in the afternoon and was told that the car was done but needed to be cleaned up. I called to confirm with Carlos. Again I left message with the receptionist but Carlos didn't call back. I called again an hour later and spoke to Carlos. He did not receive any of the messages. Totally frustrating. So communications needs to be improved. And the email updates need to be accurate. Seems like there is no connection to reality which makes it hard to plan. We are glad to have the car back.

Carlos and the front office team were very professional, organized and on budget with their estimate. The GM, Walter who has I think, 37 years experience, took the time to actually find out why my 2014 Explorer was wandering. My frame was bent, just enough to cause the problem. Four other shops seem to have no clue! I'm bringing the vehicle in next week for the necessary repairs and believe I will be totally satisfied!

The repairs appear perfect. The initial estimate was 2 ****/2 weeks however, the work was completed in one. Thank you for a truly outstanding job!

I was impressed by how quickly the car was assessed and they took the car that day to start repairs. I then received daily updates thru email on the progress. The completed work was very good as the car looks brand new. The car was returned to us clean inside and out. The staff from appraisal to billing was professional and prompt
