I was treated very well as a customer from start to finish. The repairs were completed earlier than planned. The work done was excellent and it is impossible to tell that my car was in an accident. Fix Auto San Clemente has an all star crew of professionals. They're exceptionally friendly and focused on providing a great customer experience. I walked into their shop after two poor experiences trying to get estimates at other shops, and I wish I saved myself the trouble by just going to Fix Auto San Clemente first. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and informed me of updates on the spot via text or phone call. The staff clearly communicates well and looks out for the best interest of their customers. Fix Auto San Clemente had my truck safe to drive and looking great within a week.
