I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and communication througout the repair process. I have had several collision repairs over the years and Fix Auto San Clemente stands out as being the best customer care experience I have had, compared to other shops. Justin Falk went out of his way to make sure the repair was done right and called almost every day with a progress report. Car ended up looking like it just came out of detail shop and they took care of everything with insurance. I highly recommend working with Justin Falk. Class act.

Everyone there was very professional and extremely friendly .
