Work done on my car looks great and communication though the process was outstanding. There is a strong smell of lighter fluid which I'm sure is from the repaint.

My engine issues were not addressed during the three weeks my car was in the collision shop. The lack of communication is very disappointing.

I don't want anyone working on my car except Freeman. Denise is absolutely wonderful, and keeps me informed. The Collision Center in Irving also sent updates on my repairs. I think you guys are great!

We had no idea that it would take 12 weeks from the accident to repair the car. Of course we didn't know how difficult it might be to do the repair. Some reasonable estimate would probably helped a lot. Four weeks was a milestone concern since the rental car benefit ran out. Very glad to get the loner car from Freeman after 6 weeks. Getting realistic updates would probably have made it easier to deal with the repair time. First day - the car looks and operates great.

I used you because the dealer we bought our Camery and our Prius from, Toyota of Fort Worth, did not have a body shop. The one they recommended was too full to take our Camery. From the beginning contact with Denise Howeth our experience has been positive. She kept us informed along the way, answered any questions and was very helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of work on our car and have found no problems at this time. I am a person who likes one stop shopping and Toyota of Fort Worth has made a big mistake. We bought two cars from them but no more. You have a body shop. You have better customer service then they have thanks to Denise. Our next car will be from Freeman Toyota. Thanks

My representative, Denise Howeth is Amazing! She is proficient, professional and provides A customer service. Freeman is blessed to have her. The workmanship is good, not Fantastic, but good. The Time that it takes is Crazy Slow. I have used Freeman for many many years and the time it takes to get collision repairs completed is horrible. It made my fight with the insurance company for rental coverage, even worse. Toyota even had to help me out with rental coverage And I used the dealership "loaner" car. If Denise weren't there to buffer and communicate with me, I would Not be using Toyota.

Denise and tammie really helped me alot with my tundra. And denise went above and beyond after i got my truck and the battery died she came to rescue me by jumping off my truck and let me follow her back to freeman to get another battery. And chris was very helpful and quick getting my new battery put into the tundra. Thank you!

It just took a very long time. So far, the vehicle looks great. I understand much of the delay was due to the other party's insurance company and their lack of responsiveness. That wouldn't be your fault. But I was without my vehicle for close to a month - in the midst of the holidays and before I was due to drive to California, so it was an inconvenience.
