Everything looked good except for a clearcoat run on a part of the bumper cover. Mike is working with me to bring the car back so he can take it in for a repair of that defect. Will need to work out an acceptable date to do that which will need to include a loaner car.

Denise and Dominque, at Freeman Toyota, were very helpful. But the Irving location didn't deliver the car on the day they said they would. I was told Friday 03/31/17 and it wasn't delivered. When I called on Monday 04/03/17, Dominque called and was told they were putting the gate on si I felt like they lied about it being ready. When I called again Tuesday 04/04/17 morning a subject that works at the Collision place in Irving said he was on his way back to the location and would find out the status was on my car. I then got a call from Marcos at the collision place who advised he didn't know why it wasn't delivered Monday because it is ready. I explained that I could only pick it up in the morning time since I work evenings. He advised it would be delivered Tuesday morning if he had to bring it himself. I was able to pick it up by noon.

I would just suggest that they don't armour all the mats. It made them extremely slippery!!! Having the inside cleaned was very nice though.
