Marcus contacted me every 2 or 3 days. That was GREAT. So many places just "go dark" and you have to contact them over and over again, which really doesn't make anyone happy. The only real down side (that was under your control) was when the car got aligned, the car would drive straight, but the steering wheel was crooked. I called up, and arrangements were made to fix the issue. ... and when I went in, the steering got corrected within 15 mins. That was great, but I shouldn't have had to come in in the first place. OK, things happen, I realize that. This was one of "those things", and it was handled/corrected exactly how I would have wanted it. Buzz Davis

The length of me took to fix the car was too long with no update on stays of car with multiple messages being left. I was not advised that it could take longer than a week when turned in at end of the month causing greater expense with rental car. Staff was friendly when I did finally speak with them.

Everyone was very nice and Heather kept me informed on what was going on with my car. She was really genuine when I express this was my very first new car ensure me it would be as before if not they would refix as long as it pertained to the previous repair. Thank you guys so much I'm happy to have her home

While Michael did a great job, communication between the shop, Michael, and the insurance company could have been better. It was initially confusing to me that the insurance was communicating with the shop while I was communicating with Michael. So the information all parties were getting was not the same. It would be nicer if there was one place to go for information.

I was certainly glad to have my car in the repair process following a horrible hail storm. Access to parts seemed to be mote prompt than what I might have received from non-dealer repair shops. Also it was reassuring that OEM parts were used on my only **** yr old Avalon. It did take a very long time that was frustrating.
