My vehicle had a very strong chemical odor inside when I picked it up this afternoon. I was told the odor came from an interior cleaning that was done. I had to drive home with the windows down. The interior was not touched and my car exterior was dirty. I guess I expected a little too much.

I suspect this survey is premature. You haven't actually repaired my vehicle yet :). However this is the same repair (peeling off molding) on my GMC Acadia Denali that is less than a year old so suffice it to say at this juncture I am less than satisfied. That commercial about the "professional grade" details, not so much. Clear manufacturers defect if the upgradedi molding on the doors continues to peel off every few months.

It took 5 weeks to get my car done. Marcus kept telling me it was in the paint booth for over a week! I had to finally get the manager to get things moving. When I went to pick my car up there was a plastic panel that goes under the bumper in the back and the antenna was by the console.
While I was thankful for the loaner car, it smelled like someone spilled a bottle of perfume. I'm highly allergic to fragrances. It causes migraines. The manager at the collision center was great. He would call with the status each day which was really nice.

Marcus Barr was an amazing. He was always cheerful and positive as he kept me informed as to the progress on my MX-5. The bumper and minor interior damage repair was beyond belief. My car, which is a "cream puff" anyway, looked as though it had just left the showroom.
