They were very professional, courteous and quite helpful i.e, sending someone out to cover my broken window with the appropriate materials until I could bring it in for repairs, working with us to stay in budget which included referring out when it was more cost effective for us! We were very pleased with the quality of work and the quick turnaround time. We highly recommend Pat and his team! Thank you !

Fast turn around times

The service was great and done in a timely manner. The end result looks great and I would recommend to anyone to use Hi-Tech for any repairs.

Work not done properly. Emblem was left off, clear coat needed to be rebuffed. The area needing rebuffed had Xpel film applied over some of that fender area. Now the Xpel has to be removed and the whole process of buffing and Xpel reapplication. Masking the interior and engine compartment against dust was not done as requested. Overspray is on the entire car. On the positive, the paint matches and body panels were repaired. December ****, I'll take the car back to the shop and discuss remedies with Pat Danielson.

They did a great job. Made sure it was done right and got my car back when they said!
