Exquisite experience! My car was returned in better condition than before my accident. Brian was the best! Personable, communicative, well informed and able to share the information. He called me every time there was an update and left text messages. Great shop, clean, friendly and welcoming. Great customer service!

I was fully prepared to leave positive feedback after getting my car fixed. However, I noticed my working a/c was not working after the repairs were made. I went back twice and recieved very poor customer service in an attempt to get my a/c working again. I was blamed for not bringing my car in early enough in the day instead of getting an apology. I had to take time out of my day to solve a problem that I didn't create. To clarify, the gentleman was a perfectly fine person but was grossly negligent. I only found out from other employees what was going on with my car after waiting in the office for at least 30 minutes. Turns out they forgot the coolant which is why I had to go out of my way to fix a problem that shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Again, it wasn't the problem itself that annoyed me, I understand that things happen. Being treated so poorly for something that wasn't my fault is unacceptable.

The team at Fix Auto was able to get my car in, get an estimate, parts ordered, and fixed in less than a week. Additional damage was found after my wreck and they swiftly informed myself and the insurance company so they could speed along the repair process and make sure they fixed everything. I can honestly say my experience was amazing from start to finish with Chad at Fix Auto. My car is brand new again and all with no stress or inconvenience thanks to the amazing team at Fix Auto.

I liked the updates during the fix. Service was great. I was a bit annoyed when I showed up almost at closing and one of the guys sighed. It was rude. But the owner wrote me up and all was good.
