Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful! The staff went above and beyond by shoveling snow, using ice melt and making a clear path for me to drive my car out of the parking lot in the midst of heavy snow and poor road conditions. I am very grateful for their efforts! Thank you, Jolene Grande

Chris and his team ALWAYS do impeccable work. For me though what sets them so massively apart from the rest of shops is their level of service. I was hit by drivers TWICE is the same year and each time I went to Gig Harbor Fix Auto. Both times I felt like Chris and his team were advocates for me. Both times they fought the insurance company that wanted to settle for sub par parts and a rushed repair. The attention to detail, communication, and superior customer service level you receive from this shop makes the stress of an accident repair melt away. Chris you have earned a customer for life.
