Gig Harbor Fix Auto is amazing.I have dealt with many other shops in the area and none of them compare to Fix Auto by a long shot. Patty at the front desk is wonderful. She always kept me updated on any information and their response time is incredible. The man that helped me there had exceptional customer service as well. In other shops they are always grumpy and just want you in and out. The man at fix auto always kept conversation and always made me feel welcome. They always ensured they were working hard to Fix my car and they do not lie. When I picked up my car it looked the best it ever had (over 20 years old too). Besides the body/bumper that was fixed my car was cleaned inside and out (even in the trunk!). Everything was put back the way I had it too! I would go back to Fix Auto in Gig Harbor over any other body shop and would highly recommend them to anyone (which I already have).
