Fix auto kept me updated throughout the process. Although the service took longer to repair than expected, the updates allowed me to plan for the delay. Car was clean and well taken care of while in their possession. car runs well and looks great.

I honestly thought that the art of customer service was lost in today's fast paced, tech culture. I was proven wrong with how efficient, courteous and thorough FIX auto completed my vehicle repair. The process was communicated clearly to me and FIX worked succinctly with my insurance, never causing me once to question integrity or ability for them to follow through of their estimate. It was a treat to pick up my truck and see such spotless repair work- as well as enjoy a "new car" cleaning. I hope to never need them again, but would not hesitate to do so.

Out experience was overall a very positive one. I like the text updates, and all my interactions with the staff were good. But our decal on the back of the car wasn't put on correctly; the letters were really obviously spaced wrong. I didn't notice it, so I don't blame the office staff for not noticing it. But there's no question that the person who put it on knew what happened. I'm just really surprised that whoever put it on didn't correct their mistake or at least notify the office or me. Or just take more pride in their work.
But appreciate the mistake being owned up to and immediate steps taken to correct it. I would use Fix again.

Gracious reception and management, competent technicians, excellent eye for matching paint. Shocking parts cost from the dealer. Glad the accident was "minor". Ooof.
