After picking my car up, on my drive home I notice the right passengers door handle cover was laying in the seat. I looked at it and notice two of the clips that hold it on were broken.
Everything else I'm happy with, I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend you and if every again I need repair, I'd would choose you.

The only problem I had was being told my truck would be done Monday than told Tuesday. I had made plans and that pushed them back a day. Other than that great job

Julia and Doug, along with the rest of the staff at the Gig Harbor shop were A-#**** in their professionalism, trust and customer service. The constant updates were reassuring to me that they really cared for the customer. I brought my truck in on a Friday. Emphasized the need of getting it back by the following Friday and Viola!, it was back to me two days early on Wednesday. Trust is a huge issue for customers nowadays. And I can definite say that the Gig Harbor shop has earned mine. Highly recommended and Great job to all!
