Every one was so efficient,helpful & easy to do business with. Carrissa & others in the office were terrific. My car was restored, like the accident never happened. My car was also returned so clean. I was so happy. I give them a 10.

There was confusion in the office regarding my request that the bumper on my car not be completely replaced...simply repaired. Had I not been following up with daily phone calls to check on the repair progress, the shop would have replaced the entire bumper on the car.
Your email notifications seemed to arrive only sporadically....and almost too late to prevent the new bumper from being installed.
Once the confusion was straightened out Fix Auto did a great job!
