They wanted to fix my trunk lid originally, but I wanted a new one, so they made it happen because the car is only 8 months old. I really appreciated the fact they cared & listened that I wanted a new trunk lid! They listened to my concerns. WOW!

I can’t prove it with my own picture at the moment but there is a new **** inch vertical scratch down the outside truck bed near the ram head logo. I know my truck and I had looked it over due to the situation of taking it in to shop. It was not there when I dropped it off with Fix it shop. I talked to Chris and the other guy there and their pics show no scratch but they said it was a “bad angle” and the reflection might be distorting it. Not cool.
