Robert did an excellent job on handling my car! He provided great customer service. He found a tire problem in the last minute and decided to push out the time for me to pick up. This was a right thing to do. He also did a test-drive to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciate his high quality service. Also the shuttle service was very helpful and the driver was very friendly.

Discovered the following - Bolts screwed into license plate where there use to be screws that take screw cover - Found that hooks for trunk net were put in the wrong position. Took me half an hour to re-position them correctly - Slight tear in passenger window molding that it looks like someone put glue inside as its still sticky All in all, these seem like minor issues... but it makes me wonder whether something more critical might be out of place.
