The staff were really friendly, the whole process was smooth and the repair is awesome. It's like a brand new bumper! If I ever run into a situation where I'd have to do this all over again (knocking on wood), I'd definitely choose the same shop.

Very good customer service. Just one thing to improve: your business is too busy. It is a good problem for the shop but can make customers wait for too long time to get the car in and to complete the order and repair.
