I still have a small dent on my vehilce and wheel wells. This was pointed out during the inspection and i was notified they would be repaired. This did not happen.

Love your shop, your high standard of work, and your ability to deliver. However, it looks like maybe a final inspection wasn't quite completed. My driver's door does not fit as it should and allows a lot of wind noise in. I'll have to have it adjusted. Other than that, yes, I am completely satisfied!

I just wrote a separate e-mail on this subject. There is a piece obviously missing from the left side of the new bumper. It exists on the right and not the left. Why would your shop say the car is ready to be picked up with a hole in the bumper? Not happy :(. My 17 year old son picked the car up yesterday and didn't take the time to look over the work. I just saw the hole this morning.
