My car was returned to me with a new scratch on my bumper. It was not there when I dropped it off. I picked it up today and I saw it but thought it was lint off of a towel they might’ve used to clean my car. I am very upset that the employees at FixAuto failed to tell me about this.

I’m grateful to Blanca , Joseph and team ! Kept me informed . Blanca heard my concerns because this was my family car it was greatly appreciated that she and the team didn’t brush it off . My car was ready quicker then I thought . I was so excited I even took them pizza from Rosie’s New York Pizza my favorite place as a thank you !! Hands down a place I’d continue to come back for treatment on my family vehicle . They are all about trust , service and honor !!
