After 4 days, my car was returned to me with nearly the same amount of damage I left it with. I brought Luis out to look at the car and he had no explanation as to why it was returned to me with still obvious damage. He told me to leave it there and he would have the responsible parties contact me the next day. When I spoke to the lady in charge of the estimates (Amy?) she told me that they did the best they could, but there was extensive prior damage to the rear previously. I said that if it had been in an accident over its 23 years of life was of no concern to me, I was concerned with the damage that had been done recently when someone tried to break into the car through the trunk. She told me that the damage could not have been done from someone trying to pry the trunk open, she had extensive experience dealing with cars, and it was impossible. Aside from the fact that it's highly unlikely she is an expert in all types of break-ins,
