I was told by an employee that I could pick my vehicle up by 10:30 on Saturday, Aug. 15th at 10:30 am. When I arrived at 10:24 the gates were locked and no one was there. Because of this, I had to go get another rental car. I was greatly inconvenienced by this.
I did not receive a courtesy call stating that the person at the shop was leaving early. On Monday morning when I came to pick my car up I explained the situation to Donna. She had a nonchalant attitude and said " Well what do you want me to do?" She actually tried to imply that I was told to come by 10:00 am and I must have misheard what I was told. The body and mechanical work was on my vehicle was satisfactory -- but the customer service left much to be desired. Kim and Otis were extremely professional.

The work on my car was completed several days before the original estimated date. I was constantly updated as work progressed. The work was well done. The car looks like new again. Thank you to all of your team. Your service and professionalism will be referred on to others.

The front desk personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. They were warm and inviting. Kevin was great. I did not meet the people that worked on my car but I can tell they do exceptional work. I REALLY appreciate the car wash after the work was completed. I know of no other body shop that does that. I have already told several people about my experience. Thank you so much.
