The body work is fine and it even looks like the inside was cleaned almost detailed but now there is a smell coming from the truck that is horrible, I will be calling tomorrow to discuss this issue.

My experience with Bentley’s Collision was AWESOME!! Everyone was nice, friendly, professional, and makes you feel at home.That’s a rare thing these days and time which makes them stick out farther than any competitor in the area. Im extremely satisfied on the outcome of my car. I was recommended by my dad about the Awesomeness. I will spead the love and recommend Bentley’s Collision to my family, friends, co workers and everyone I come in contact with.

Always, always, informative and kind. If they tell you they will call you back, they do. Employees go out of their way to make sure they can locate the right parts for your vehicle, even if the vehicle is 12 yrs old and is no longer made. Excellent
customer service from receptionist to service advisors. This is the third time I have used them and will definitely be a returning customer, if necessary, and will also recommend them to family and friends! 5 Stars for Bentleys!!

This is the second time they have done work for us and we are completely satisfied with their service. This time the work was completed in less than five days. They got it Monday and we had the vehicle back painted, new parts and repaired by noon on Friday.

Although, I was quite impressed with their work. A airbag issue was noted at drop off and it was not addressed. I like that they offer a one stop shop for body repairs and mechanical issues, which why I choose them along with their awesome reviews.
The airbag issue may have been overlooked or may not have been in their scope of work. Nevertheless, they very knowledgeable and professional. They keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle through automated text messages.
