You did an awesome job with the repair of my car. It looked great and you kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. I asked to have the parts saved so I could look at them and possibly take them and that wasn't done. There was an offer to get them out of the dumpster though which I said wasn't necessary.

I was a little disappointed that the process took so long to get started. I see in the end the work looks fantastic and it was worth the wait. I also do not understand how we paid more than what the actual bill was when we added the insurance check with our deductible it was over the amount due. I would have thought you would pass that savings onto the customer. But again the quality of the work looks great.
