Extremely responsive and supportive of our situation. Had previous work done by an out of town Gerber and team took initiative to coordinate warranty with them. Very happy with the work and appreciate the ongoing updates on progress. Hopefully we don’t have further accidents & claims, but if we di, we’ll definitely be back!

The air bag/horn assembly seems to not fit tight. And we have noticed a lot of road noise along the steering column.

The Gerber team went WAY above and beyond! Unfortunately, I wrecked my car nearly two hours from home. The team did everything in their power to not only make my vehicle look as good as new, but they also made arrangements to deliver my car all the way to my home when I had no way to retrieve it. I can’t believe the level of service, quality and professionalism they have. They took an ugly situation and turned it into an extremely pleasant experience! Thank you!!
