We are satisfied with the work completed do to the accident and the damage to the drivers side door. While the vehicle was in the shop for those repairs we chose to have some scratches on the rear of the vehicle repaired as well. those repairs we were not happy with. first, those repairs were only partially completed when we arrived to collect the vehicle. We were told that all repairs had been completed. We had to return the vehicle at a later date to have the repairs on the rear completed, which was an extreme inconvenience. We were quoted several different prices for the replacement of the emblems that needed to be removed to complete these repairs. While we understand that miscommunications can happen, there were several time when the person responsible, the estimator, did not return phone calls or respond to emails. While we could look past this once or even twice, it did happen multiple times. In the end, we are satisfied with the work that was done, but very unsatisfied with the service we received from the office persons we worked through. We were given "wrote", by the book answers to each issue which lacked attention and customer service. regarding the emblems that were removed- we asked to have them returned to us as they were our property and could have attempted to reuse them. While we were told, and understand that the maker classifies them as "single use items", we asked for them to be returned to us and we told time and again that they were "single use items" and had been discarded in the trash. In our opinion, when a customer is asking the same question over and over, you don't give the same answer... you apologize and attempt to make it right. It felt as though all they were trying to do was cover the mistake for discarding the items and never attempted to "make it right. You say you want completely satisfied customers, but not once in our dealings with this representative did we feel as though they wanted us to be "satisfied". Again, as to the work... we are satisfied. As to the interactions with the office representative we are very Unsatisfied.

I have a tape mark on drivers side door, I used phone number on desk for when I was their no one in the office, I showed the mark to service manager because I had to come back to pick up license plate holder that had to be replaced. She had told me to just take a picture and send it to Shaylee and leave my number because Shaylee was out of the office. I still haven’t heard from her or anyone.
