I cannot express enough how HAPPY I am with the service that was provided to me here! This shop was recommended to me by USAA after my leased vehicle was hit by another car. I didn't expect much walking in, but was taken aback at how nice the facility was - easily the nicest body shop I've ever been to. Though the accident was minor, I was worried about how difficult the process would be in getting the damages repaired since this is my first time ever being in this kind of situation. Western Auto Crafters, USAA and Enterprise worked seamlessly together to ensure this process was stress-free and as smooth as possible. I was texted updates on my vehicle every step of the way and they even finished my vehicle 2 days before they predicted. When I went in to pick-up my vehicle, I walked straight by my car because I didn't believe it was mine. I almost cried because that is how AMAZING of a job they did. My car looked better than before the accident and looked brand new! They even went as far as to detail my interior; I don't know if that's a standard procedure at any shop, but I certainly didn't expect it! I honestly don't have enough words to express my gratitude for the service I received. I hope I don't have to come back considering this shop only works on vehicles involved in accidents, but if I do need a place to go it'll be this shop without hesitation. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you guys did!!!

From the moment you walk through the door until the time your car’s ready, they make you feel welcome and that you’re the only customer there is. Both times I’ve had them work on my car(s), Western has gone above and beyond customer service. The repairs are flawless and they even return your rental car to the nearby Enterprise! Wow!! Really???
