Although communication was awkward at first, things improved as the process went on.

I dropped off a vehicle trusting them they would do a good job keep in mind this is the second vehicle I’ve taken to them, I came back because they did an OK job on my previous vehicle . They told me it would be about 7 to 11 days to finish up everything on the vehicle. The vehicle was done on the 8th day Great I show up to pick up my vehicle I started scanning it the passenger side was wonderful but when I got to the tailgate door it was all downhill from there not only did they do a half **** job buffing it but they admitted to it. As I was scanning the vehicle towards the driver side I just kept noticing more and more scratches that should’ve been fixed but when I confronted him about the scratches all they came at me was we did not see them over the dirt the vehicle had. OK if you did not see the scratches over the dirt but you saw them when the car was clean it’s common sense to give me a call and let me know , and fix what needs to be fixed . I needed my vehicle for this weekend to take my family out of town. So I told him I’d bring it back Monday for them to fix this. As I was driving on Highway 25 my check engine light came on along with “cleaning exsaust fillter” while I was driving. I got to my destination ok, and once I was preparing to leave I tried to start my vehicle with my remote and it did not turn on. Once I Told Adrian about this he all he said was that the sensors need to be recalibrated why was this not done from the beginning if the sensors where discounted during repairs ? Overall their job It’s not worth what they charge. I will be picking up my vehicle march 30, 2019 and taking it to another shop for these repairs to be done correctly.

Very disappointed in how my estimate was conducted. Every day a different person no follow through ever changing estimates. Thoroughly convinced there are incompetent employees with no supervision. No wonder shop was practically empty with little work. Will never recommend to anyone.

FixAuto was upnfront about the repairs right from the start. When they were unable to perform a specific need they quickly farmed out the project to the GMC dealership, did not mark up the work, and kept me informed of the process. Could not be happier so far with their work. As good as new.

People were pleasant, Job completed ahead of schedule and loved getting daily updates.

Kyle and the team were a delight to work with! I will be using them and recommending them to everyone going forward for any auto body repairs!
