There is a hail dent in the trunk that was not repaired. Neither of my side mirrors work properly now after the "repairs." Very frustrating.

Recommendation for customer satisfaction. When customer is notified that vehicle is ready for pick-up, I recommend the interior cleanliness be equal to or cleaner than when customers drop the vehicle off. The night before I brought my vehicle in. I vaccined and leather treated all leather. This afternoon I wiped out my vehicle. Haven't yet vaccined it. Hope this helps Mary Jane

We have had work done with you before and have always been very happy. We realize you are extremely pushed with all the hailstorms but this job was definitely not up to your usual standards. Rather disappointing

This place was the best place I ever worked with to fix my car! I love the professionalism and compassion of the staff! They kept me in the loop every way as they fixed my car with text updates and phone calls! They were advocates for me with my insurance company! This will forever be where my loyalty lies and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of service for their car!!!

Very easy to understand the process between the insurance and the body shop. Daily updates on the vehicle status were great. Final inspection and paperwork again very easy to understand with the great staff at Lennox Auto Body Shop.

There are 3 minor things that I am not satisfied with: ****) small scratch/chip on right rear door 2) right side windshield molding doesn't fit properly 3) adhesive residue on right side Ram 1500 nameplate. I am planning to bring the truck back to your shop on Monday 8-22-16 to discuss these things.

I waited 3 weeks. Then the work was not finished when I picked up my Tundra today. The front bumper was supposed to be part of the repair. I asked if the Blind Side Mirror and Backup Sensor were operational and was told they were. Well guess what. They weren't. I called the office and spoke with Sean, early this afternoon. He said he would check on it. Still haven't heard back. Very disappointed!!
